Here is a collection of the print and digital marketing materials I created for Penguin Random House Canada. As their Academic Sales Coordinator, I was in charge of developing, designing, and implementing a year-long national marketing campaign through both print and digital means. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to expand my skill-set in graphic design, production, copywriting and email marketing.

While I was enrolled at the Book and Magazine Publishing program at Centennial College, I was the Art Director of the student magazine On the Danforth. Here are some design samples, some of which include my own photography and illustrations.
Initially, I completely overhauled the magazine’s dated masthead. After presenting this redesigned branding to the class, it was then selected for both the Spring and Summer print issues, along with the online blog. For this cover in particular, I designed the overall layout, wrote the cover lines, and also directed the cover’s photo shoot.
Clowning Around on the Danforth
This piece is a profile feature that I wrote about performer Sean Michael, a Toronto based clown. Beyond interviewing, fact checking, writing, and editing the article, I also designed the layout.
The Baker Next Door
Beyond designing the layout for this article, I also illustrated it using markers.
Panda-monium
Along with the layout design, I also illustrated this article using a water colour technique.
Crystal Ball, Tell All
For this article, I did the prop styling and photography, along with the layout design.
